I had a buyer open a return case through PayPal for a purchase that was made two months prior. The reason for return was that the item did not fit. My listing stated that I do not accept returns although I will if the buyer can substantiate an error on my behalf. Nevertheless, I stated my case to PayPal and they sided with the buyer. I felt I had no recourse and was very discouraged with the process. Is there anyway eBay could had intervened?
