Return question

The buyer will open a return citing 'Not As Described'. You accept the return and send the buyer a shipping label... yes, at your expense.

The buyer will return your stuff, and you will issue a refund after you receive it... NOT BEFORE.

Good luck!

Yes, if the buyer is claiming the disk doesn't work, you'll have to pay return shipping and give the buyer a full refund once something is returned.

Have a great day.

Return question

It has been quite awhile since i have done a return . I accepted the return, in the return page i selected a usps label, but i am not seeing any account of it in labels. This is the tracking i see, how do i get the label  to the buyer? Is it emailed?

Your buyer got your USPS return label. But you won't see any tracking until your buyer actually mails it.

It can depend on how clean the lens is and if the drive is worn at to the degree of disk scratches it will read.  So, just because you got it to work does not mean they did.

Yep, you're good to go... eBay will send the label to the buyer.

Return question

The buyer is telling me this

"It’s not coming up when i press print label. It keeps going to the return details"

what does this mean and how do i fix this?

Tell the buyer to download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, and set it as the default for displaying PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader.  Now when the buyer clicks the link to print the return label, it should display, so he can print it out.
