Return process

Hi i have return process but the seller told me to keep the thing that i purchased but i cant cancel the return process and he told me that he cant refund me because i have return process activate

Do NOT cancel it!!! You can't reopen it if you do.  Your seller can refund any time they want.   Just keep a watch on that case and escalate it as soon as ebay will let you.

Don't close the case,

The seller can refund anytime they want.

They are trying to get you to close the case, so they won't have to refund.
