Return policy is compltely one sided/ against the seller.

Hello,

The eBay pre-fabricated response is in error. I did prove that the item was not returned in the same manner aas when it was sold, as I provided pictures.  I am not a small business, just a guy with a second job…the policy is completely one sided.  eBay policy should be equal to both the buyer AND the seller, and when there is proof especially when the buyer admitted the return was because the item didn’t fit.  In this case it should have been in the sellers favor, or else the buyer would have logged a complaint against the seller when they received the item in a condition not as described. Which was not the case.  The items arrived in mint new with tag conditions, they removed the tag to try it on, then returned it (with-out the tags as shoen in the pictures when sold and when it arrived.  Now, the item is not new with tag, and the Customer Un-service and the eBay team were wrong in thier decision. The value is gone from the item as it is no longer a new item.  There was a time when there was fiar mediation, and a case was opened and the person (buyer or seller) with the most detail/ proof as well as facts was usually found to be the one eBay rulled in favor of. This new policy of always rulling in favor of the buyer is completly unjust and reaks of unfair buisness practices. This ploicy allows for less customer service, and saves them money and takes money out of our(the sellers)pocket, as they dont care as they still got thier listing fee.  eBay return policy is one way and completly unjust with out the option of the seller to dispute it.

Unfortunately you have a bad buyer.

There is no way to prove you sent it with the tags attached.  You know you did.  eBay only has your word against the buyer's word.

If eBay made buyers jump through hoops, then buyers would leave.  Yeah, it would be no great loss if yours did, but that doesn't outweigh the number of goods one that would leave too.

You can report the buyer.  One report is like spitting in ocean.  However, if this is the buyer's habit and enough sellers report them, they can lose their Buyer Protection.

Sorry you've run into a bad buyer.
