Hi all,

 

i requested return item but that item has not been shipped to my address yet. Now i got mail from ebay "Send item back to seller" 😕 What do i do now? o.0

Why would you request to return an item that you have not even received?

That doesn't answer the question of why you requested to return an item you have not received & then expressed surprise when eBay said to return it.

 

I think you might have to provide some details of your exact issue.

You opened the wrong complaint.  "Return" means you have already received a product, it is not satisfactory and you want to return it to the seller for a refund.

 

You should have opened an INR complaint -- item not received.  Then the seeller would have to prove delivery or issue a refund.

 

You made a mistake.  Not sure if you can open an INR complaint now.  You might want to ask your seller for tracking information OR call eBay customer service and explain that you messed up and maybe they can fix it.

There is no tracking information cuz they didn't ship my item yet.

That is not necessarily true.  Sellers aren't required to furnish buyer with tracking number or even send with tracking at all.  Item could have been shipped.  Did the seller state that the item had not yet shipped?

 

More details are needed if you want an evaluation of the situation based on facts and not assumptions.

Did you start a return request because you changed your mind and wanted to cancel the transaction?

 

Or did you choose the return request option because it was still too early to report an item not received?
