Hi! I'm an active and very highly rated seller on eBay. Someone bought something from me and it didn't fit so they opened an "item not as described" claim in the PayPal resolution center. Which was very frustrating because I was actively working on making it right via ebay and out of no where they opened a claim in PayPal.
Well they never sent it back. l and I followed up 3 times for tracking info. Nothing. Why is the claim still open in PayPal? They had til yesterday to ship and they didn't. Why is the case still open? How do I force PayPal to close it now?

I would call pay pal and ask them these questions .

The buyer has a drop dead date to provide online-viewable tracking:Without tracking, the case automatically closes.
