A buyer want return an bgs graded card beacuse the case is not "like new" as in listing my question is does like new condition in the description return to the card or case?

If the listing says like new, it should be for the card and case, since you are selling it as one item.
If it's a new card, but a used case and it wasn't mentioned, that would be a good reason to return.

'Like New'... those dreaded two words. I quit using those a long time ago. Sorry.

If you description describes it as "Like New" and no mention of the condition of the case then as a buyer i would expect it all to be "Like New" especially when dealing with collectible, graded items. Collectors tend to be pretty picky.
Refund, partial refund.....seems like a refund is in your future.

If the buyer is a "case snob" they need to ask those questions first. Experienced level headed collectors/dealers understand cases get scratched, or dinged from handling. Unless it is a major flaw the buyer is likely using as an excuse because they don't want the card anymore.
