I received a broken item, and I send it back to the seller asking for a replacement.
Seller received item 4 days ago, but still won't ship new item, either won't reply to messages. How many days needs to ask ebay for refund if seller don't ship?

Did you open an item not as described case? If so, you will need to return to the case and ask eBay to step in. Or did you already do that?

I already opened a case as broken/defective item and send back already with provided shipping label. The seller received item days ago and status is pending waiting for the seller to send back new item. How many days the seller have to send back item?

Generally speaking, the seller has unlimited time to send the replacement item back ... but, the seller should provide a tracking number to you within 2 full business days after tracking shows the return to be delivered. If they seem unresponsive or not acting on the exchange, after 2 full business days, you can request eBay to step in and get a refund rather than an exchange.

Thanks. The seller received item on 22nd August afternoon. 2 working days are to be considered 24 full hours?

From Aug. 22nd, two business days would be the 23rd and 26th. Seller should have shipped your replacement yesterday. If you don't get tracking info by tomorrow, the 28th I would call eBay.
