I just received an Ebay's message
"Respond to the return request:
The buyer has requested a return because there is something wrong with the item.
Accept this request and provide a return label as soon as possible.
If you do not resolve this claim by Dec 03, 2020,You may have to refund the buyer without the item being returned to you. "
Just checked and amount has disappeared from my paypal account.
There are several things I don't understand:
The first and most obvious; I do not accept returns, I have never accepted them and it is something that is reflected in every one of my listings.
The article was delivered on October 22, 39 days ago.
Buyer gave positive feedback around a moth ago and didn't have any messages from him since his thanks when he received it.
It's an expensive item, above 1.000$.
I am quite surprised, it is the first time I have received such a message, I feel helpless.

Unfortunately Juan, Even if you don't except returns ebay offers the buyers a 60 day guarantee,So even if the buyer gives you a positive feedback and it is less than 60 days ebay is going to side with the buyer 99.9 percent of the time.

Sounds like a case of "pawn shopping" that is where a person needs money and looks around the house for a purchase to return. Ebay only used to allow 30 days from delivery to file a return. However, paypal allows 180 but the buyer has to pay it's return.

Well return for refund was your only valid response to this.
No return does not mean NO REFUND;
You agree to eBay's buyers guarantee by using eBay to sell on.
