Double charged

I sold items through eBay, buyers pay with PayPal, both my PayPal account and bank account were charged for shipping, I double checked and it is a double charge, how do I fix it?

How did you pay for the shipping label?  If you bought 2 it's your responsibility to void the one you don't use.
