Return an item through a Return Case

I purchased a faulty item. I asked to return the item and won the case. I have yet to receive the shipping information to return the item. When should I expect to receive this information to return the item? Do I wait for Ebay or just send it to the person who shipped it to me.

I have done this before, and Ebay provided a shipping label to me.

If the case has been open 4 days, return to the case and see if you can ask Ebay to step in.

What do you mean by 'won the case'.

If the return is closed then you don't need to return the item.

Have you already been refunded?  If so, you aren’t expected by eBay to return the item.

Not yet, Ebay says I should receive one in 3-5 days. This is what the case says:

Outcome: This case was found in your favor.This case was found in your favor.

More info: The seller didn't respond to this case.

I am just wondering how to send the product back to the seller.

If you received a message saying the case was found in your favor then you received a refund without requiring you return the item. 
Another words you can keep the item, throw it in the trash, sell it or give it away.  It is yours.

If the seller wants the item back they will have to contact you and provide the postage in some form or other.

You do not return the item to the seller unless/until you receive a prepaid return label to do so.

From what you've  posted here, it would seem that your seller neglected to respond to the case.

If you were refunded, that means you are free to do whatever you want with whatever you received.

There seems to be a little confusion here.

@soh.maryl , Ebay says I will receive a refund but I have not seen the refund in my account. It could take a couple of days. So I should be getting one.
