I have a question i have been pondering for a while.
When i list, i generally use either free shipping or charge a flat rate. I rarely input package size info until i am packaging and printing labels (through eBay).
Does this effect return labels? Meaning if a customer has a return (one in which i am supplying an eBay return label (ie...SNAD), how do they calculate the cost? Or do they use the info entered at the time i purchased the original shipping labels?
