I am a new Seller on ebay and, for the first time, received a Return Request because the item received by the Buyer allegedly has a stain and Buyer does not want it. I was so shook when I got the three (3) messages from ebay that, following their instructions erroneously, I immediately issued a refund. I contacted the Buyer and apologized for the mishap and told her I had already issued a refund and that ebay would be issuing a Return Shipping Label. She was very nice about the whole thing but told me that she had contacted them and that, since I had already issued a refund, ebay could not issue the label and that I have to do it. Being new to this, I have NO IDEA how to do it. I have tried to research Help & Contact to no avail. Any help will be appreciated. I know I did this all wrong, I just want to send the Buyer the label so she can send the item back to me. She is also very new to ebay.
