Hi everyone
Someone has opened a return request about an item they received on the 30th of January.
The item was as described. Their return states "it didnt feel the way they hoped it would".
I dont want to accept this return, and to my understanding normally after 30 days the returns close? But it is 2nd of March today and it is still open.
There is an option "ask us to step in" in the return, but I am afraid they will favor the buyer.
Should I just wait ? I am also worried he will keep both the money and the item.
