A buyer issued a return request about DVD's being scratched ( I dont agree with there claim but i will let it go). It has been 14 days since i sent them a free return shipping label, I have contacted them them several times with only a relpy 10 days ago that they have already sent out the return. What are my options to not issue a refund and to try and get back the money for the return label i sent them. I contacted them to ask if they could send me the return tracking number but i didnt get a reply. I havent issued the refund yet. any advice or guidence welcome....Thank you in advance.

If the buyer does not use the return label (which I assume was generated through eBay), then you will not be charged for it.
You have three choices.
I usually do #1.
