Return Request Not Returned

A buyer issued a return request about DVD's being scratched ( I dont agree with there claim but i will let it go). It has been 14 days since i sent them a free return shipping label, I have contacted them them several times with only a relpy 10 days ago that they have already sent out the return. What are my options to not issue a refund and to try and get back the money for the return label i sent them. I contacted them to ask if they could send me the return tracking number but i didnt get a reply. I havent issued the refund yet. any advice or guidence welcome....Thank you in advance.

Return Request Not Returned

If the buyer does not use the return label (which I assume was generated through eBay), then you will not be charged for it.

You have three choices.

  1. You can wait, and the return on eBay will automatically close within about 30-35 days after you accepted the return.  No refund.
  2. You can call eBay customer service and ask them to step in and close the return since is has been more than 5-days since the return was accepted AND there is no indication that the buyer has shipped back the item.  No refund.
  3. You can refund without receiving the item back.

I usually do #1.
