Hello,
Quick question about returning. I bought a PS4, tried to turn it on and nothing. Just a blue light that flashes for a sec. I bought a different power cord may be thinking that it was a problem (after looking on the net) but still didn't work. I opened a return on said item. The seller tells me that he sent a working PS4, I said back it's not. Item was delivered back to the seller today and he closes my return and asks eBay to step in because "it's not the same PS4". I know it is, my question is I'm out of luck with a refund?

No, buyers win most every case when ebay is asked to step in. If ebay does ask you, just reply you did send the same item back.

Nope, you win: eBay will force a full refund.
On top of the refund, the seller will pay eBay and PayPal (of course)/payment fees, and earn a nasty defect. It was foolish to ask eBay to step in.

Yea, I was wounding why HE asked eBay to step in after it was returned to him today. He hasn't replied to any of my messages in the last few days either. Does this Equal a Negative feedback rating anyone?
