I had some problems recently with a purchase that I've made.
I bought a GoPro Karma Drone, and therefore I spent almost 750€.
The drone was supposed to be like new (only used 2 times) and everything was supposed to be working. But it wasn't, and the drone was so damaged that it was impossible to use it.
Therefore, I opened a Return Case.
The seller said that it spent a lot of money sending me the drone and therefore, sent me only a partial refund offer. Well, I was really affraid of loosing my money, so I accepted it and the case was on hold for 15 days so that the seller could provide the partial refund.
I did not receive any partial refund at all, and so 15 days after I "Asked eBay to Step In" on the case. eBay closed the case, did not sent me the money and gave no explanation AT ALL. I sent a lot of messages to eBay, contacted the Police, ActionFraud, PayPal, eBay's Facebook... but I received no answer.
So, I'm reporting this situation here because I'm really affraid of losing my money and because I really hoppeful that someone will help me solving this issue.
