Return Label Question

Ebay says the seller accepts the return and will send a return label by the 29-10- 2018 but has not sent one

Have you tried writing to your seller and asking them.  There may be just a simple miscommunication.  Maybe not, but there might be and it is worth a try before escalating the situation.
