Return Item from a different location than the original delivery

Hi guys

I order a used apple product and didn't try it for week because the seller was with good reputation,

then I went out from US to family visit and opened the item there and I was shocked its was iCloud locked I opened a return, and the seller sent me a label with USPS tracking number.

I can't ship the item from the same location or use USPS what should I do!

if I sent it with the country I am in or with Aramex would that be acceptable and shipping it from deferent location will be a problem!!

If it was shipped and you received it in the US, that's where you need to ship it back from unless you want to pay for and purchase your own label for international shipping.

You can use your own label and upload the tracking number to the return order. If your total payment to the seller was $750 or more, you need to include signature confirmation too.

okay I know that I have to provide my own track number, but I was asking to make sure if it is allowed to ship from another location like the shipment track will be from whole deferent country

That is a really good question and I am not sure.  Can you call eBay from where you are at and see what they advise?

I would tell the seller what you need to do and see how they respond.

Yes you can ship it back from another location but you would have to pay for the return shipping from your location to the US.  Make sure that you enter the tracking number into the return so that there is a record of when the seller receives the item back.

Calling eBay is a crap shoot. You might not get accurate information. Some of them read from scripts and some have been known to give you false information.
