I bought a carburator, that has adjusting tool , filter, hose to cut, and extra primer bulbs. It keeps flooding the motor out and won't start. I know it's defective and put that and eBay gave me a label for return. The hose is cut to length and in the tank on the filter. I tried to explain to the seller, but they just said take a picture of the carburator and the old one, but it is the same and they think they need to get me the right one. It is defective, the problem is the other parts aren't. So should I pull the fuel line and filter and cut line out of the tank and send it back every thing back even though the fuel line

Sorry edit time ran out and it won't let me finish. So I'm saying should I send all the parts back, even the cut hose and filter that was submerged, seller didn't listen about it being defective, wants to get me the right one by a picture. The problem here is the carburator is defective, and the others aren't, but the filter and hose has been in gas in the tank.

Ok, rip it out of the tank, I tried to see if they would sell the extras, or see if they would say they send a carb replacement, but that is when they acted like it was the wrong carb instead a defect and asked for pictures of old and new one. It's right, even there ad had model it works on, but any mechanic would understand why I wouldn't want to pull the lines and filter. I also understand why it should go back after the sellers poor comincation.
