Hello,
I asked eBay to step in for an item that has not arrived .
The case is resolved 29.11. , with following answer - "We didn't receive valid tracking information from the seller"
But I haven't received a refund .
Do I have to wait more ?

I believe that the seller has three business days in which to issue the refund. Of course, PayPal will credit any refund back to the funding source so if you used a credit card the refund should show as a credit on your card next card statement. However, the refund should show on your PayPal Activity page when you sign into your account.

Wait for three business day. Some sellers are busy now and then.
Likely eBay will step in and force the refund after three business day.
