I bought an item advertised as "open box." When I received the headphones they were well used, were yellowed from cigarette smoke, smelled, and the black ear covers were falling apart. I started the process of returning them and now the seller claims I sent him back something else but I don't have any information. Its been 1 week which ebay said it would take 2 days to resolve. I even took pictures before I sent the item back because I didn't trust this guy. He sent me a nasty message saying he didn't mean to accept the return and it didn't even look like I opened the box but he lied to ebay saying I sent something else back? I don't see a way to contact ebay regarding the status or what exactly he says I sent back?
