Hello, I sent a box from July 28th, which was supposed to arrive on the 31st, and today, August 25th, it has not arrived. It is still in transit. I need an answer. Thank you.

Was it supposed to arrive on July 31st or August 31st?

If you are the buyer and it was supposed to arrive in July, open an Item Not Received claim under the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

If you are the seller, stop watching tracking. Shippers use spoke and hub delivery which is not particularly transparent, and parcels are usually reported as they leave the facility.

If your buyer has not opened a Claim, relax.

If the buyer does open a Claim, refund promptly. It is more expensive to refuse a refund than to make it.

If it was USPS, delivery scans do get skipped from time to time. I would not worry about it.
