I sold an item, and I packaged the item/printed the label. The buyer notified me that they selected an old address by accident. How do I reprint the label with the correct mailing address? The new address is in the next town.

You don't. You cancel the order and tell the buyer to repurchase.
If you do send to the "new" address, you have no seller protection.
If you want to take that chance, it's up to you, but even on the lowest priced items, I wouldn't.

You would have to Void the original label and purhase a new one.
However, by shipping to a different address, you would have no seller protection if the buyer filed a fake "Item not received" claim.
If the buyer's address is less than a year old, they can file a forwarding request at their Post Office.
