I had a replacement request for a mirror I sold. I accepted the request and shipped out the replacement with tracking yesterday. I do not want the broken item back. I have told the buyer I do not want the mirror back and provided the tracking number thru ebay messages.(There is no option to send messages thru the request.) In the request, I am stuck on ...
"The buyer will return the item soonOnce the buyer lets us know they've shipped the original item back to you, we'll tell you to ship the new item. If you print a shipping label or mark your item as shipped for the new item now, you're acknowledging that you already received the original item."
I have a mark as shipped button or a print shipping label to choose from.
How do I get around this? Or which do I choose. The mirror is heavy so return shipping is $50.00.
