Removed item

Hello 

I bought a hair clipper last month and it should be arrived last week but then I emailed the seller asking for when will the item arrive he replied saying within 2 weeks but then again I waited 3 weeks and I tried to contact again but then the item was removed and I couldn’t contact the seller I want my refund or item back but there’s no way to contact the seller now what can I do ?

Do you have tracking number? Tracking number can be seen in that eBay transaction.

Your item didn't arrive last week, so you waited another 3 weeks?

Do you see your item on this page. If you do, click Resolve a problem, or More actions then I didn't receive it, to start an Item Not Received request.

Then, if you still haven't been refunded, come back after 8 days and click Ask eBay to step inside to get your refund. If your item eventually arrives and it's exactly as described, you can still repay your seller.
