This person is the biggest liar on e-bay, he prints shipping label, then never sends ,you ask for refund and person lies and states he already sent it, then sends it 5 days later, weird shipping ,sends DHL and then package turned over to USPS, been waiting 2 weeks for product, ask e-bay for help ,they could give a rats. ass E-bay is complicit with them because they make money off of them. She has over 6,600 negative reviews. Many of the reviews state the product is phony. Says he has 99% positive feedback, he uses phony automated positive reviews, avoid this sell like the plague e-bay was useless in helping me. E-bay has really gone downhill letting this place continue to get away with this poor customer service.

Re: ForeverLux

I'm seeing this scam happening as well. Seller makes label to claim item has been shipped, but never turns it over to USPS. A week later, gives it (if there is any "it" actually involved) to one of these third party scam "last mile" shippers like Slow Sheep (great name for a legit delivery service, right?), and it disappears into the ether.

The worst part is that these obvious scammers know how to beat ebay's system, and ebay just doesn't give a **bleep**. They keep pulling the "talk to the seller" nonsense even though it's a scammer, or leave neg feedback as if scammers care. What ebay won't do it protect us from scams.

Sounds like you ought to have taken your own advice here.

P.S. Automated positive reviews aren't "phony". They are part of the system and are working as intended. But 6,600 negatives? Why on earth did you buy from them?

Call your credit card company.

Do a charge back.

Re: ForeverLux

1. Did you open an item not received case? The MBG offers very good protection.

2. Did you not notice the # of negatives BEFORE buying? Is this probably a high volume seller?

3. What was the last estimated deivery date as seen in the listing?

Re: ForeverLux

Reminds of a old term kiting.  They collect money immediately to pay for orders later.

Exploiting float times.  They call it retail kiting now.

These high-volume sellers need to be reviewed, and if they’re involved in retail kiting, they should be shut down before everything falls apart. If this seller stopped today, how many buyers would end up out of pocket? They’re using the money from this week’s sales to cover last week’s orders, and next week’s sales to pay for this week.

Re: ForeverLux

This is nothing new. This happens a lot but not majority of the time. Majority of the time things go smooth. You have a moneyback guarantee. Just file a claim.  Here is my question to you. If this seller had so many negative review why did you purchase an item from them? You as the buyer have an obligation to do research. Reviewing feedback especially negatives is your obligation so instead of blaming Ebay and stating it is going down hill how about reviewing feedback next time.

71, 736 left by AI in past 12 months, not by the actual buyers.  This keeps the seller's percentage high enough to keep on selling.

Make sure you file for a refund if you don't receive your purchase.

Re: ForeverLux

That's the problem, this clown will come through like 3 weeks later, and if you try to return it ,charge return shipping and 20% restocking fee,it's a win win for the seller, perfect scam.

Re: ForeverLux

'Top Rated Plus' seller with so many negative feedbacks...this just shows feedbacks are meaningless on eBay when it comes to selling.

I would never have made a purchase with that many negatives from a seller.

Item not received...if you have your  banking online : just go to the debit or credit card of the bank you used and do a 'dispute'...takes seconds.

Re: ForeverLux

eBay "says has been sent" or there is actual tracking showing that it's on its way?

There's a difference.
