Hi,
I ordered a device from China. It came later than all estimated delivery dates. I refused the package when USPS arrived at my door.
I know you may say that was the wrong thing to do. Maybe it was.
But my question is:
Will it ever get back to its origin?

Probably not, but you won't get a refund. A refusal is the same as a delivery, in eBay's terms of service.

No those discount forms of shipping don't include return. It will be disposed of. As stated, refusal voids the money back policy. Next time accept it and resell it your self.
