Refunding buyers through the app in 2021

Where can I do this in app for IOS? I don’t see an option on iPad or iPhone? Do I have to do it from the desktop site? If so why? Wouldn’t it be more useful/easier to click on the sold item, have a refund button there and click it , get a confirmation “Are your sure?” Pop up and it’s done? What am I missing?

I have an android and use app. When I need to refund on app I go to the listing and select Cancel this order. It takes you to screen to choose Out of stock, Problem with buyers address, or Buyer requested cancellation. 

You select your option and then must select Submit.

In addition I believe there's also option to select refund and relist with no insertion fee if it's a Buyer request cancellation. So you can unmark that dot if not wanting to auto relist
