It has been more than a month(34 days) since the seller refunded. 

How long do i have to wait, there is no reply from ebay customer service. It will be good if ebay has a service where i can contact customer service directly...

Still waiting for help.

The seller is required to issue a refund within 2 days after receiving item back...

To speak to ebay customer service on bottom of page click "Help and contact" >>contact Us>>Shipping and Tracking>>Shipping and delivery for buyers>>Then choose "Chat with automated assistant".. Start chat automated chat and during the chat choose the option to "Contact an agent"

The seller already refunded but i still haven't received it after a month. 

Chat with automated assistant option is not available anywhere 😞 ...
I really need help! I emailed eBay already. Twice.

How did you pay?How do you know you were refunded?

I paid by credit card. Ebay shows that i was refunded to my original method(To my credit card) via pay pal.

But i still havent received the money. I waited a month because thats usually max time.

Have you checked your credit card billing statement, or logged into that account online to see when the refund was made/credited?

@r_r4975   You can contact CS on social media but if the system says the refund was sent I am not sure what they will do. 

 

Contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

They may take a few days to get back to you

I don't have a paypal account that was used for the payment. only credit card. 😞
