Refund

I bought an article which was sent to the address given by me but unfortunately the address was wrong since I was travelling and I was planning to take the delivery at my destination. 

The parcel was returned back to the seller.

Now the seller is not willing to send the parcel and does not want to return the money as well.

Problem is I paid him through bank transfer. 

Is there anything I can do to either get the parcel back or get the refund?

Seller has stopped responding to my messages. He has 15 points in his feedback score.

There is no ebay coverage for wire transfers on ebay.com. Return to ebay.de and check their policy on wire transfers.

I think you shoud send the seller some  more money to make up for your mistake,why should the seller have to foot the bill for your goof

I sent him the new shipping label paid by me. But still he stopped responding to my messages.
