Refund

Hi guys,

Firstly i’m begginer of selling items on Ebay. One of my customer open return case, as i said i’m only begginer so i try my best for sorted this thing ASAP, so i press button for Refund now, and i forgot wait few days for item come back to me. I mean buyer have the money back but i don’t have my item. 
Buyer are not responding for my messages anymore.

What to do now?

There's nothing you can do to force the return, sorry man. If it was a not as described return then the buyer will have a prepaid return label they can use. If it was a remorse return then you can send the buyer a prepaid label to try and encourage the return.
