For about half a year, I've been running a salesman that does not want to return my money. He's still responding to me since he sent me to verify via paypal. But he deceives, he did not send anything.

You have 30 days after the last date of the estimated delivery timeframe to open a case on Ebay.

You have 180 days to open a case with Paypal.

Your last option is your credit card company, but with this going on for 6 moths, quite possibly you have exhausted their timeframe as well.

It is a typical technique of the China sellers to promise and keep you waiting until you are past all deadlines for reimbursement.

You should always file a claim with eBay or PayPal.
