Hi, I ordered a Canon EOS R from a seller, and I read the description of the camera before ordering. There’s nothing written in the description stating that the item is pickup only, with no delivery option. It was only after I made the payment that I found out there was no delivery and that I had to pick it up. I sent a message to the seller, but I haven’t received any response from them since over 3 days have passed since I made the payment, and I don’t know how to contact eBay directly because I have sent messages to eBay through their automated system, but I have received no reply. Please I need someone who can help me out on how to contact eBay direct.
