Ken is correct... we think. What is it that you're trying to do with shipping labels? More info, please...

Are you trying to print a label or get a refund for one?

If it is the first one, go to my ebay / selling/ orders/ awaiting shipment

Then next to the item that you want to ship click on print shipping label.

If you are trying to do a refund on a label, I'm not sure how to do that  but someone else will know if you let them know that's what you want.

What are you trying to do with shipping labels? I think we are all thrown off by the words "management shipping labels".  What would that be, exactly?
