I cannot get any assistance. I purchased an item and returned it. It was easy, received the shipping labels and dropped it off. I never received my refund so contacted eBay. They said they didn't show the items were returned. I provided shipping receipt. I contacted seller, as advised, they showed they received the items and issued a refund, for me, back to eBay. Still no refund. Contact eBay again and now im told its beyond 30 days and I must work it out with the seller. The seller says they issued refund already and I have to go through ebay. A lot of back and forth. Ebay again tells me I must work it out with the seller. I finally get someone from the seller willing to dig deep into the issue. I get an email back saying they were told, by ebay, they must stop talking to me. I spent $161. I returned the item and have neither my money, nor the item.

This is super easy @cove_39 Just file a chargeback for Goods returned Credit not issued to get your refund.

Why Would a Customer File a Chargeback With Reason Code “Credit Not Processed?”
“Credit Not Processed” chargebacks are filed by customers who have canceled their purchase or returned their purchase but did not receive a credit/refund from the merchant.

It has not as of yet. I did call and the case was elevated. They said I should receive a call back in 5-7 days. I was supposed to receive an additional email, which I haven't so I dont know. We'll see in a couple days.

How long has it been since they said they issued the refund?

If you paid with a credit card, it could take 30 days for the refund to show up.
