Refund

I made a purchase from eBay and never received it. When I  requested a refund and going back and forth with someone named Pepa  I was told in order for me to get my refund I need to change my negitve feedback . Still no refund and lost a customer and a lot of the customer friends.

Re: Refund

Open a case on eBay for Item Not Received.  You do not need to change your feedback in order to receive a refund, but feedback should be the last thing you do, after the transaction is finished.

Re: Refund

Have you filed an INR dispute?

Frankly, I think that the leaving the feedback that you left if the item was only one day late to be a bit premature.  I would have waited until the situation was resolved before leaving any type of feedback at all.

I suggest that you file an INR if you haven't done so already.

Just report an item not received @kevvo-12 at eBay.

You have between 10 and 60 days after the listing ended.

Your info is incorrect.  A buyer has thirty days from the estimated delivery date to file an item not received complaint with Ebay. They have 180 days from the date of sale to file with Paypal.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Re: Refund

Yes as others have told you, you need to file a claim for Item Not Received.  Also known as an INR.

Now just a little extra explanation here that may help you.  You did NOT make a purchase FROM Ebay.  You made a purchase ON Ebay.  Ebay doesn't actually sell anything.  They are the site in which a whole bunch of sellers come to sell their stuff.  Ebay is made up of individual sellers in which buyers can purchase stuff from.

So maybe Pepa is your seller, but I don't know.  How did you get to Pepa?  Did you email your seller?

Filing a claim is simple and it will protect you and your money.

Go and take a look at your purchase history.  You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page.  Hover over the words My Ebay.  A menu will appear, click on Purchase history.  Find this transaction.  Look what the estimated time of arrival window is on your purchase.  When it is one day past the last date, then file an INR claim.

That will protect you and your money.  Follow the instructions that will appear on your screen.  All the information will be there.
