Seller agreed to accept a return, I sent the item back. The tracking stopped updating after the item arrived in the seller's country, but they told me they received the item back. They issued a refund, and it didn't go through. They haven't responded to me for 2 days now. If they won't, how do I open a dispute in this situation? I couldn't find info on that in the resolution center. Thanks!

Did you file a case with eBay for the return before you sent it back?
