Refund from seller.

Hello, returned a faulty item to seller for refund on 6th of October, I am still waiting, eBay says refund initiated will take 3/5 days however paypal says refund due in to my account on the 24th. Surely I should not have to wait that long??

Many refunds are issued via echeck for some reason. These take forever it seems. It's not the seller either, they have no control over how eBay/PayPal pays out the refund. the 3-5 business days really means 3-10 business days.
