Dear all, I have a question regarding a purchase I made.
I bought an item in the USA of 99 dollars. Shipping of 30 dollars to the Netherlands and then about 30 importfees resulted in 165$ in total. From my Dutch creditcard account, about 151 euros has been taken which seems about fair.
However, the item was damaged as it had glue on it. I made a return case which was accepted. The page on ebay now says I will be refunded 165$. However, checking my Dutch creditcard account, only 115 euros have been returned.
I'm not sure whether the 30$ of import fees will be returned - by saying i will be refunded 165$ it seemed it does. But even if they don't, I am still lacking about 10 euros?
Any clues?

The import fees and international shipping portion should be refunded separately by Pitney Bowes. If you still don’t see that part of the refund in a couple of days you might have to contact eBay or PayPal..depending on which site you opened the claim on. Don’t let them tell you that portion doesn’t get refunded because it is supposed to get returned for item not described claim.
