Three years ago, I ordered a Manchester United soccer shirt, and it requires a signature. I never signed off on the package, and it was sent into post office for holding. I'm guessing it was eventually sent back to the sender, which the sender did state that the package returned to him. I never replied to the email, but I still have history of the sale and interaction between me and the sender (sender also has a sports retail store for knockoff uniforms for fans) would I be able to get what's mine back?

I'm not sure about the UK, but here the it would probably have been deemed abandoned property after this amount of time.

After 3 years, i doubt even in the UK, that its yours. I'm sure the UK has abandonment laws. And if you received a refund then it is definitely not yours. Do you really think the seller still has the shirt 3 years later?
