Received item in damaged condition

I received a Next Book 8 with the screen cracked and would not power on.  I alerted the seller of my problem and concerns.  As to date I have not heard from seller.

@mim789sst did you open a return request? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to requestba return under the money back guarantee. Go to the resolution center and open one now, the seller will have 3 business days to respond and then you can ask eBay to step in.

@mim789sstGood, you should be able ask ebay to step in tomorrow I believe. They should have told you that you can ask them to step in and help if the seller doesn't respond by 7/25 or 7/26 maybe. That means you can ask ebay to step in the day after, so probably on 7/27. Good luck 🙂
