Hi there. I ordered 2 items from a seller in the same order, both are small enough to be shipped in a single package, I waited until the estimated delivery time had passed and I didn't receive my items so I contacted the seller (pressed "Contact seller" in my orders for the top item in the list) and have received a refund but only for one item and it seems there is no way to ask for a refund on the second item. Was this the right way to go about getting a refund because I got only half of the money I payed. How should I go about this process since I have another order of 5 items that I haven't received and estimated delivery time for those is about to expire?

Did you accidentally leave the quantity at 1 not received (out of 2 ordered) in the case?
If so, go back and start a "Return this item" request for the other item. Use the reason "Missing parts or pieces" then submit the request.

Hey, I tried your advice but it says I can't return this item. Now I'm trying to get a refund for another order which consists of 5 items and I don't have the option to specify quantity of items not received. Any ideas on why this is or where can I go to request a refund?
