Receipt missing

I got a new iPad.  I deleted the eBay app and downloaded it again.  Now when I print a label the receipt next to it on the right is gone.  I like to cut it off and keep it for my records.  How do I restore it?

Edit: below is for website, not app. I don't have screenshots for setting this up on the app, but you can log in to the website to purchase a label and set it up per instructions below, then next time you buy a label through the app the settings should be sticky.

I just combed through the shipping label settings on the app and "add receipt" is not on there. You'll have to set it up through the web.
