Receipt half of label not printing

The last two labels I printed (Sunday or Monday, and today) have printed without the usual "receipt" for my records, leaving half the page blank. Is everyone seeing this?

I never print labels with receipts. I get a total of all shipping labels in reports.

You will need to adjust your shipping settings. Something must have interfered and caused them to reset @pvcliff .

On the label purchase page first make sure your label options are expanded:

When your shipping options are expanded:

Check off that box "add receipt and instructions" and click save.
