I am having an issue with my shipping labels. It is not giving me a receipt and the tracking info. It used to print right side the label. Also I it wont let me size the label so all my labels are huge and I usually ship tiny packages.
I had the exact same problem. Someone told me you have to download the label and then adjust it accordingly. The next time I printed a label, it printed OK without downloading or any tweeking.
