Rate table does not work in final listing

Good morning/afternoon,

I created the Rate table. When I am starting the listing and check Use a rate table in the final listing,

there is no possibility to choose the country for shipping etc.

In the rate table I created the different shipping charge for different countries.

I thought, that when I check Use rate table the postage should be added automatically and

buyer can select postage for his country.

I am enclosing examples.

I am from Europe and wants to sell through Ebay.com

SOLVED

You must tick "Use a rate table", then in Services choose some kind of shipping and next to this

kind of shipping to Cost field put 0.00 USD.

And then after the listing is displayed, you can choose different states and it shows different prices

for each country.
