I rarely need to reprint a shipping label using ebay shipping, but I had to this morning.
I went to Orders > Shipping Labels > Reprint
Instead of seeing the label sideways on a 2-up adhesive label sheet (like I see when I originally printed), what I was presented was a smaller version in the upper left corner of the screen. If this is how the label is printed, it will be too small.
So, I tried using the "Download" option and now I see the label smack dab in the middle of the screen, but it is not sideways. If this is how the label will print, it will not work. I tried "rotating" the label but that doesn't work either.
Anyway, I went back to the original label displayed in upper left corner, increased the size, and printed. The label printed across my 2 labels. The majority printed on the top label with the scan code printed in the lower label.
I hope my description is understandable, and that you can describe what I need to do in the future if this happens again. Thank you!

I have a solution for you but it will involve a few extra steps. But at least you will get what you want. I have the same problem with FedEx labels. (I hope you are using a PC because I am not sure a mobile device will work)
On the PDF screen BEFORE you click "print" is a full sized representation of the label.
Click on "Print Screen". That will copy the page to your clipboard.
Open Windows Paint and paste your clipboard. Then you can trim, resize and move the label as desired.
Use your "print preview" before you print to verify it is where and what you want. Once you do it a couple of times it becomes essentially second nature and will be the proverbial Blink of the Eye.

I save all of my labels as pdf before I print. It saves in the correct 2-per page/landscape format.
This helps in case I have to reprint.
It is also helpful (I think, YMMV) for Damaged/Lost package claims and Credit Card chargebacks for Unauthorized Use to be able to attach a copy of the original label to the claim.

not exactly the solution, but if you rarely reprint them, why don't you just print it on regular paper and tape it to your package (?)

WOW....
Your solution is the simplest and no need to worry about the label being printed in 2 sections of the adhesive label!
In my 20 years of selling, I have only needed to reprint about 2-3 times.
