I got a bid for an item I listed for free shipping, but the buyer wants an expedited shipping.is it possible to revise the listing and update the shipping to expedited and have the buyer pay for the shipment and how do I do this?

please let me know the best way to handle this situation

I'm a little confused, did you pull the listing? All of you items seem to be Buy it Now, no bids. Did a buyer make an offer and wants expedited shipping? If that's the case, counter offer with a figure that would be enough to pay for expedited shipping.

You should be able also to revise the invoice and add expedite shipping charge as an option. As soon as listing ends. Definitely before buyer pays.
