Question on zip code

I had a buyer's package returned.  It was marked Return to Sender Unable to Forward.

Buyer says she has never moved.

Who generates the  Plus 4 zip code? When I go to print the label it shows 3535 but when it  actually prints it prints 3558.

The 3558 is the correct number for her apartment.

The 3535 is not and is out of the  range for her apartment number.

I'm not sure why her package was returned.  Does anyone understand what I'm saying. lol!

Question on zip code

I’m not sure how the +4  is generated but generally I don’t think it’s highly used for delivery purposes. Are you confusing the +4 with the apartment number?

Question on zip code

No her apartment is #202 which falls in the the range for 3558 (104-304)

(701-799) falls in the 3535

Maybe the unable to deliver has nothing to do with the +4, like you said.

I could see maybe if it was showing the +4 for 701-799 because maybe it is in a different area. But since it actually used the correct +4 for her apartment, I don't understand why it was unable to be delivered.

Of course the buyer hasn't responded back to me yet.
